There is no set cost for a business SLA as we shape the services around your company- depending on what you need. Different industries and different sized businesses need different levels of support and different sla types. We will be glad to come have a look at your site so we can give you a cost breakdown based on your company.
This depends on the type of service level agreement you have chosen to take. If you have taken an onsite SLA then all call-outs are included in this fee. If you opt for a remote support SLA then each support call will be charged based on our hourly rate.
Cabling Team callouts and hardware repairs are not included in the service level agreement. Most other services are fully covered in the agreement and is fully discussed before the service level agreement has been signed.
